Conky is Bubbles alter-ego in the form of a puppet that looks like him. Bubbles received Conky from his grandfather, who had it from an old vaudeville act. He's a character in the Trailer Park Boys that you either love or hate... He has quite the ability to talk shit, and causes all sorts of trouble for the boys.
