Everyone is out of jail, and living life. Ray is living in his sleeper, and him and Ricky are recycling together. Randy is the new associate trailer park supervisor and has decided to organize a cheeseburger picnic and everyone in the park is invited. Ricky has vowed to do everything in his power to ruin the picnic. Ricky enlists Trevor to help out with the recycling, which is actually stealing with a twist. The
picnic goes off without a hitch, except Lucy hooks up with Office George Green. Lahey is missing Randy trying to get him back...

Bubbles also see a chance to get his KittyLand daycare cat center off the ground with a spot on the show. Ricky can't keep out of that act,
and wants to profile his new business, GarbageLand. Piss jugs are all over the park. The TV dude has absolutely no idea what kind of situation he really is getting himself into.
Ricky's daughter Trinity, is doing a science project about chickens and their life cycle by raising a baby chick. Bubbles loses the chicken, named Oscar Goldman, and Ricky and Julian have to find a way to replace him in a major hurry, or Trinity will fail the class. When they can't find a suitable replacement
for the chicken, they have to resort to the impossible, looking for and finding the chicken. Will they be able to help Trinity pass the class, or is she destined to be like her dad...
As you probably know, poor Jim Lahey got kicked off of the police force for being drunk and crashing a patrol car way back in the day. He finally uncovers evidence that Ricky, Julian, and Bubbles were responsible for the events that led to him getting fired in the first place Halloween night in 1977.
Because of this night, Lahey blames every one of his problems, and when he finds out who is responsible for it, it's time to set the record straight.
At the beginning, we find Ray, who has been kicked out of the park for leaving piss jugs everywhere, living in the dump in his sleeper, burred in trash with Ricky and Bubbles trying to save him. Lahey is trying to find someone to testify to what happened back in 1977 at a police hearing regarding his
employment, and Bubbles make a deal with him to do it in exchange for him leaving the boys the fuck alone. Sam Lasco is pissed because he lost his job due to a prank pulled at the cheeseburger picnic, kidnaps Randy, and Ricky and Lahey have to save the day!
