Taking off where the original black and white 72 minuet pilot episode leaves off, Julian and Ricky and put in jail for going after Randy's dog. After an 18 month stay in con-college, Ricky and Julian head back to Sunnyvale Trailer Park with hopes on getting their lives back on track. Unfortunately, they
find that Cyrus has taken over the park and worse yet, Julian's trailer. 
Getting sick of Ricky living in a car in front of his trailer, Julian decides it is time for a higher education and to leave Sunnyvale Trailer Park to go to community college. Lahey loves the idea of Julian leaving, but when he learns Ricky isn't going with him he tries to take matters into his own
hands to rid the park of both of them. However, sometimes deals must be made.
Being critically low on cash, and having trouble scoring hydro gear, Ricky and Bubbles are talked into starring in one of J-Roc's porno flicks, "From Russia with a LoveBone". Ricky has some reservations about staring in the movie, but tries anyway, with limp results. Jim Lahey then gets his
hands on the tape through a "raid", and tries to use it against the boys.
The old woman in the park, Mrs. Peterson, thinks Julian is her grandson and recruits him to dog-sit for the day. Julian, needing to go to the DMV puts the duties onto Ricky, who is in the process of making a batch of weed brownies to sell. Ricky is also tapped to watch his daughter Trinity. Ricky is
lucky enough to get shot by his daughter while the dog eats the tray of brownies. Julian takes both Ricky and the dog
to the vet, Sam Lasco, but Sam won't fix the dog and Rick for free...
Julian, sick of Ricky hanging around all the time, convinces Ricky it's time to marry Lucy. Ricky doesn't want to go that route, especially after pissing off Lucy by ruining family day. But when Julian suggests that people in the park will think he is gay if he doesn't get married, everything changes.
We also get to see Ricky smoothly talk his way out of trouble with the cops, with the "Jim" trick.
It's almost wedding day, and Lucy thinks Ricky is not able to handle the big job of planning the wedding and asks Julian to take over the job. Not having any money, Julian comes up with a plan to gank food for the wedding and throw a bachelor party all at the same time! When Ricky is left in the dark
on certain details, things go horribly wrong, and this plan leads to big trouble at the wedding...
