The Trailer Park Boys has been picked up by Direct TV on channel 101 here in the USA! The shows air uncut and uncensored, and we are now starting to see intrest grow here in the US at a rapid pace. This site had over 15,000 unique visitors last month from the US, and traffic is growing every day! A big thanks to everyone out there for their support!!!
"Say Goodnight to the Badguys" One Hour Special Airs
The new Trailer Park Boys one hour special, "Say Goodnight to the Badguys" airs tonight on Showcase! (December 07, 2008) Everyone is back in all their glory for one last television special. For us in the US, our only option is to head to the torrent sites to get a copy. Too bad their wasn't another way. Anyway, don't miss it!!!

Trailer Park Boys The Movie to Air on Comedy Central
Well, it's not exactly what we wanted, but it's a start... The movie is going to air on Comedy Central for the first time in October. Here is the article off of the official website.
Trailer Park Boys The Movie Sequel
The boys are going to start shooting the sequel to the first Trailer Park Boys Movie beginning at the end of August. This is going to keep them busy, but will be well worth it. As fans, at least we're getting something new to watch, which is better then nothing. You can see the schedule of shooting the movie over at Lahey & Randy's official website. Trailer Park Boys: End of the Road?
Well, I received an e-mail today that had some sad news. It may be that Season 7 will be the last season of the show made. According to an article on the PlayBack website, the boys made the 1 hour special that will air this fall and are filming another movie, but will call it quits after the movie is released. This has not been confirmed by Showcase, who is remaining tight lipped as to what is going on. They stick to the story
that the boys are taking a year off. The full article is here.
Trailer Park Boys Season 7 DVD Amazon.com Release
Amazon.com is not releasing Season 7 of the Trailer Park Boys on DVD until June 10th, 2008. This sucks for us here in the USA, but at least a date has been finally set. You can pre-order your copy of The Trailer Park Boys Season 7 DVD here.

There is a pretty credible rumor going around right now that the Season 7 DVD will be released in May... Everyone keep your fingers crossed. I'll post more as I learn more...
*Update - It's been announced that the 10 episode Season 7 of the Trailer Park Boys will be released on DVD May 6th, 2008.

"Trailer Park Boys The Movie" to Open in United States
I received word from Screen Media Films today that "Trailer Park Boys The Movie" is going to open at select theaters in New York and Los Angeles on January 25th, 2008! On February 1st, the plan is to expand to more theaters in more cities. The movie is to be featured in Variety, High Times, and Penthouse this month!! This is it folks... Vancouver Sun Article

Season 8 Postponed
Well, we got it right from the mouth of Showcase. The boys are taking a little break, and are not filming season 8 this summer. Instead, they are making a 1 hour special, and taking the summer off. After a break, they will come back, and start the creation of season 8 for debut in 2009. Here is the full article on Showcase's website.

A Book Deal

TPB Video Game
Things are on track for us to see our boys in a video game for the XBox 360! Imagine controlling Ricky and having him send Cory and Trevor out for some hydro gear, and setting up a grow-trailer. Controlling Bubbles as he steals shopping carts from the mall while watching out for Gary the Mall Cop. Or perhaps taking Julian out to hold up Terry & Dennis. Gunfights with Cyrus... TPB Interview
The boys were on the show "The Hour with George Stroumboulopoulos" (Holy fuck... that name is fucked!) promoting season 7. They always stay in character, even during interviews so it is a lot of fun to watch. They talk about there adventures at some of the book signings, and the hype surrounding the new season.
